For a more spirited libation, add a shot of vodka or rum.
Juice from 1/2 lemon or 3 tablespoons bottled lemon juice
1/2 cup filtered water
2 teaspoons honey or agave (more or less, to taste)
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (more or less, to taste)
1 packet Amari Everyday Calm
Combine lemon juice, water, honey or agave, ginger, cayenne pepper and Everyday Calm in a medium glass and stir vigorously to mix. Chill before serving, if desired, or serve immediately. Enjoy!
