Amari Lemon-Lime Mojito
An updated take on the Island-inspired libation: instead of club soda, Amari Lemon-Lime Sports Recovery Drink adds sweetness, sans sugar. The key to a good Mojito is in the muddling—don't grind or pulverize the mint leaves, just gently crush them to release the aromatic oils. White rum is customary, but vodka works as well.
6 large mint leaves, roughly torn
Juice from 1/2 small lime
1 to 2 ounces white rum
Amari Lemon-Lime Sports Recovery Drink
Crushed ice
Mint leaves and lime slices for garnish (optional)

- Combine mint leaves and lime juice in a cocktail shaker and use a cocktail muddler to gently crush the mint leaves.
- Add rum, Amari Lemon-Lime Sports Recovery Drink and ice. Shake briefly to combine, then strain into a tall cocktail glass. Garnish with mint leaves and slices of lime, if desired, and serve immediately.
