Paul's Breakfast Smoothie
Paul is one of our regular customers. He credits Amari with keeping him young, but we know it’s exercise and staying active.
At 77, his daily exercise routine is: 3-1/2 miles jogging/walking and 40 minutes of stretches, calisthenics and yoga.
After his daily workout, Paul makes a breakfast smoothie with Amari’s Recovery formula to keep him going until dinner time.
2 scoops of protein powder drink mix
2 cups of unsweetened plant-based milk or soy
Half pint of organic blueberries, occasionally organic strawberries
Scoop of plain yogurt
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Add to blender and mix well. Enjoy!
