Amari Fruits and Flowers Calming Tea

This fruity, floral bedtime blend combines hibiscus and soothing chamomile, shown to ease stress, calm tension and support restful slumber. Pineapple and orange increase the body's natural levels of sleep-promoting melatonin, especially important if you're traveling across time zones.
For extra sweetness, stir in a spoonful of honey or agave. Enjoy a cup or two half an hour before bed—so you can rest, recover and recharge for tomorrow.

1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup filtered water
1 bag chamomile tea
1 bag hibiscus tea
1 packet Amari Everyday Calm

In a small saucepan, bring 1 1/2 cup filtered water to a vigorous boil. Reduce heat to medium. Add pineapple juice, orange juice, chamomile tea bags and hibiscus tea bags; simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.
Remove from heat and discard tea bags. Add Amari Everyday Calm formula; stir to mix well. Transfer to a cup or mug and serve immediately. Enjoy!
