Berry Hemp Protein Smoothie
Looking for a tasty and simple way to start the day off with some protein?
Frozen raspberries add antioxidants and fiber and make this simple smoothie thick and creamy with no dairy. Or use frozen blackberries, cherries, blueberries or any combo. We've added a scoop of hemp protein for a power-packed breakfast in a glass. Substitute whey, rice, soy or any protein powder of your choosing.
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 scoop hemp protein powder
In a blender, combine Amari Berry Lemonade Sports Recovery Drink, frozen raspberries and protein powder.
Blend mixture till smooth and creamy. Pour into a large glass and serve immediately.
